Danny was born and raised in Westfield, Indiana. Danny attended Westfield Washington Public Schools and played various sports all through his youth. Danny earned two Bachelor's of Science degrees from Purdue University, in accounting and management.
While at Purdue, Danny interned for the Department of Defense as an Auditor in Washington D.C. Upon graduation, Danny served as the Portfolio Accountant at Wallington Asset Management. Danny was responsible for creating, proof-reading, reconciling, and distributing reports and presentations to Portfolio Managers for meetings with board members of foundations and high net worth individuals. In 2017, Danny moved to Miami, Florida to serve as a Fund Accountant at Concise Capital Management. Danny currently leads the fund accounting and operations teams, and voices opportunities and analysis on the marketing and research teams. In January 2019, Danny moved back to Indiana while retaining his role at Concise Capital.
Danny was one of the 15 Republicans to run for Indiana's 5th Congressional District to replace Susan Brooks in 2020.
The Indiana Election Board refused to let Danny Niederberger on the primary ballot.
